Stillness Calm, Ease & Naturalness
There is little doubt that our world today is generating some community ‘dis-ease’. Within a general sense of raised anxiety, tension levels rise and community anxiety flows toward individuals. People may feel a kind of ‘set-back’ in their personal progress to anxiety and stress relief. Understandably, needs arise:
I was doing really well. I’m practicing my Stillness regularly but now I feel I must be doing something wrong. I don’t know how to find reassurance … and I’m losing faith in anxiety recovery … please help!
When we’re seeking emotional change, ‘set-backs’ are normal especially when triggered by personal or general community events. Fatigue plays a role in this. Tension rises, old memories surface and loss of confidence may undermine ease of mind.
These disruptions are related to transient anxiety. They will pass as calm is restored.

Remember, life for everyone is constantly changing – sometimes better, sometimes not so good – and one’s emotional state fluctuates similarly.
Disruptions will pass as your gentle repetition of stillness brings stability again.
