10 week Meditation program at Duneira, Mt Macedon

This 10 week program is offered in response to many requests from those living around the Macedon area. Classes will be available at 4.30 & 6.00pm and will be conducted by an accredited SMT Practitioner. Open Meditation in Sydney – ATMA event
Monday, 6.30 – 8.30pm
Open Meditation sessions are held by ATMA (Australian Teachers of Meditation Association) in both Melbourne and Sydney and members of the public are invited to attend free of charge. As President of ATMA Pauline McKinnon will be present at the Sydney event and will be available to meet and speak with those interested in SMT. Venue to be advised.

Summer Intensive Program
This three day program will be offered during the January holidays for those unable to attend regular SMT sessions at the centre. Ideal for anyone living away from Melbourne but also for busy people who may have a little extra time over the summer holidays. There are three starting dates to choose from with a limited number of participants in each group. The program includes an introductory workshop, 2 individual consultations, 6 meditation sessions and a copy of “Living Calm in a Busy World” by Pauline McKinnon.
